Warranty Policy
1. All PINENG power bank, carry a one-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. No warranty card or online registration required.
2. The warranty is not applicable to the PINENG power bank purchased from LAZADA, SHOPEE, online marketplace, unauthorized online shop, unauthorized retail shop, online seller or fake PINENG products.
3. PINENG obligations are limited to the repair of the defect or replacement of the defective part.
4. If power bank defective within the first 30 days of purchase, we will exchange a new replacement unit instead of repair.
5. Warranty shall void if you removed the warranty sticker at the power bank.
6. The warranty also does not cover the following:
- Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use the product for its normal purposes and operations or in accordance with PINENG power bank instruction on usage and maintenance.
- Accidents, lightning strikes, water hazards, fire hazards, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of PINENG power bank.
- Any part of the seal on the battery enclosure or cells is broken or shows evidence of tampering.
- Products that are caused by human error.
- Power bank swollen / bloated.
- USB port / charging port loose, broken, damage or defective.
- ON/OFF button or screen broken, damage, defective.
- Power bank built in cable broken, damage, defective.
- The warranty sticker has been removed.
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of PINENG.
- Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of PINENG.
7. The average warranty claim processing time is 7-14 working days.
8. Shipping fees to return the warranty item(s) to our warehouse and to resend a replacement will be covered by buyes both ways.
